Welcome!  I am so glad that you have found “Living with Prolapse.”  Whether you are currently living with pelvic organ prolapse or want to learn more about this health condition I know you will benefit from hearing my story.  I believe that pelvic organ prolapse is a women’s health issue that needs to be openly discussed.

I had never heard of pelvic organ prolapse or POP until I was diagnosed with it.  I felt terrified and alone.  I needed someone to talk to but felt there was no one who really understood what I was going through.

I existed with constant discomfort while trying to care for my babies to the best of my abilities.  My energy was dwindling and my vitality was wasting away.  I smiled for my children but inside I was a shadow of who I once was.  Living with prolapse was slowly taking its toll.

I spent hours and hours looking for resources and piecing together whatever information I could find.  It took almost two years of my life trying to get back on track.   I felt lost and I was overwhelmed.

Today I am vital, joyful, and energized.  I have prioritized my physical, emotional, and spiritual health creating the conditions for pelvic organ prolapse to exist in my life as being the impetus for personal growth.

There was a time when increased health, joy, and grace did not seem possible.

You too can move forward on your journey with prolapse to gain increased energy and optimize your own health.

  • Do you feel alone and struggle with how to share your symptoms and the emotional impact that POP is having on you?
  • Do you feel like POP has taken over your day-to-day life?
  • Are you wondering if you will ever regain your confidence and vitality?
  • Do you want to begin to take action but are afraid, lack energy, or are unsure of where to begin?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone and I can help!

You can take your first step on the path leading to reinvention and rejuvenation by listening to my interview “Living with Prolapse ~ 5 Strategies for Health and Happiness.”  After you receive the interview you will continue to receive my newsletters which will inform and inspire you on your journey with POP.

A life that is healthy, joyful, and graceful.

A life that you can create!

You have all the tools inside of yourself that you need to do this.

My role as your guide is to help you discover them.
